PureSin — 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Overview
PureSin wants you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned to PureSin within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must:

Be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Be in brand-new, unworn, unused condition.

Include all original packaging, tags, certificates, accessories, and any enclosed documentation.

Not be damaged, broken, or missing any parts.
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a full refund and may be refused.
Non-Refundable Situations
PureSin is not responsible for damage resulting from customer misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations (including but not limited to repairs or resizing performed by third parties). Any item returned after the 30-day period is not eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact PureSin customer support at info@puresinstudio.com within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Provide your order number, item SKU/name, date of delivery, and a brief reason for the return.

Once an RMA is issued, follow the return instructions provided. Returns shipped without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping & Risk

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for insuring the parcel. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

For items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or inconsistent with your order, PureSin will provide prepaid return shipping instructions after verification.
Inspection & Processing
All returns are inspected upon receipt. PureSin reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, missing parts, or is otherwise not in original condition. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Once PureSin receives and inspects the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider and bank (typically 5–10 business days).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate the desired replacement item. If an item is out of stock, PureSin will offer a refund or store credit.
Final Sale & Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, or engraved items may be final sale and are not eligible for returns unless defective. Any final-sale designation will be clearly stated on the product page.
